July 16th Celebration Party Reservations

The 2010 Veterans Cup Celebration Party will be held at 7:00pm on Friday, July 16th at Four Points by Sheraton, 99 Erdman Way, Leominster, MA 01453.

To subsidise food costs, we're charging a nominal $5 a head. Dinner menu: Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Grilled Chicken, Veggie Burgers, Garden Salad, Watermelon, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw

In response to the disappointing performance by the caterer that caused such long lines in 2009, the Veterans Cup Committee has made the following changes for this year's party:

  • Changed location and vendor - new location is at the HQ hotel
  • Dinner tickets will be available for sale at the tournament fields during the week. The deadline to purchase dinner tickets is Wednesday, July 14 at 6 PM. After that, we need to close registration for the party so we can order right amount of food and set up the correct number of food stations to avoid long lines.
  • We will also pre-sell beer tickets to reduce waiting time. The first 500 beer tickets sold will benefit the host association to offset party costs, so we would really appreciate it if everyone pays for their first beer by purchasing a beer ticket.
Seating at the party is on a first-come first-served basis and the number of tables will be limited due to the layout at the hotel. However, if you want to ensure your team members are seated together, you may reserve tables (10 seats) using the form below. You can also pre-order your dinner and beer tickets using this form.
